Support Options Available
Our team is trained to assist customers experiencing domestic, family or sexual violence. Depending on your situation, we may be able to:
- Update your contact details or communication preferences
- Help secure your account and limit unauthorised access
- Transfer a service into your name or out of your name
- Disconnect services that are no longer required
- Assist with moving your service to a new address
- Set up a new service or account where needed
- Provide payment assistance or financial hardship support
We will work with you to understand your circumstances and provide appropriate options.
